We believe the best mornings begin slowly. Inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched cafés of Paris, we set out to build a space in Prior Lake where coffee is treated as an art form rather than a transaction.
Our process is obsessive: we source single-origin beans from local midwestern roasters and steep our signature cold brew for exactly thirteen hours to extract a smooth, naturally sweet profile. Coupled with pastries baked fresh every morning, we bring a slice of European leisure to our Minnesota neighborhood.
